Has anyone tried the texmod costumes on Arkham City GOTY since it switched to Steamworks? Any links to the modded costumes?

Could someone list which skins these modded skins are based on? They do not seem to work for me, and I don't know if I'm doing something wrong, or if I'm just using the wrong skin.

some of them you have to use a different costume
if I remeber correct tdk costume needs Sinestro Corps Costume
batman beyond need the batman beyond costume
and med-high settings
armored skins should work with the default costume

I have not played in a long time will need to go back refresh my memory

I've been trying for days to mod it but it says The procedure entry point SteamMasterServerUpdater could not be located in the dynamic link library steam_api.dll.
I have re installed it and tried using different mods but nothing works :(
