Full list of 100% requirements?
I'm at 77% currently and I've done all the 'challenges' with 3 medals, I'm yet to do any campaigns, I've 100%'d the main story and I haven't started + yet. Do I have to 100% + (do riddler trophies count again?) and then do the campaigns for Riddler and that's it? Or do I also have to do the challenges/campaigns with someone other than Batman

Also should I finish the campaigns before I start New Game + or does it not effect it? Sort of bored of these challenges.

You have to finish NG+, including all side quests but not the Riddler Trophies. The trophies are shared between the two games, and since you already found them all there simply won't be any in NG+. NG+ progress is also saved seperately, so you can go back and forth at any time.

As far as campaigns go, you only need to complete them with Batman, and only the original ones. It doesn't matter at what point you complete them.

Will it still count if I do them all as say, Nightwing?

No the DLC characters don't count towards game completion. If you want the Perfect Knight achievement you have to do it as Batman.

So I don't have to do the DLC maps, either? It's just the campaign and the 100% of New Game Plus, right?

Correct :)

Unless of course you want 100% achievements as well, then you have to do all that crap with each character.

Wait, if I start New Game + do tthe riddler campaigns get harder or are they always the same difficulty? Do I also have to do the ridder challenges/campaigns again or?

Do I also have to do the AR training again?

there are no riddle challenges to do, but you still have to do the 5 riddler rooms to find his hideout and capture him. Only difference with new game + is its harder faster enemies and there is no warning sign when someones about to hit you. Same story as before but no riddler trophies to get.

Yep, you have to do all side missions so AR training too. Its same difficulty as normal game, no change.

Both the Riddler Challenges and Campaign Challenges are completely independent of NG+ progress, they are always the same difficulty no matter what the difficulty of your campaign is or whether or not you have unlocked NG+, and you won't have to repeat any of them. Also, even if you start NG+ you can still also continue your previous game from where you left off.
