When I try opening the launcher settings I get a message saying
Microsoft.NET Framework
Length cannot be less than zero
Parameter name:Length

did you ever manage to fix this? im getting this error now.

edit: just fixed it lmao.
i went to ..> Documents> WB Games> Batman Arkham City GOTY and deleted the "Binaries" and "BmGame" folders. I also deleted everything out of the Local Files for the game just to make sure.
I then verified my game files, and when i pressed play I could play again :)

i will find you and i will suck you of. even if im straight. but seriously thank you so much, i couldn't launch the game and now everything is good

This worked for me! An admin should pin this somewhere. I haven't been able to play Arkham City for four years! I'm going to see if this also works for Arkham Asylum.
