Cd Keys will never work. PERIOD

I have been waiting for 3 months for a fix issue on the GFWL CD Keys and where to find them. And there is no help at all where to find my GFWL CD Key i searched everywhere in the Case only a WB Games Movie Voucher and a Authentication code. Please help me if you know where to find the CD Key cause no one cares about this.

This game doesn't use GFWL anymore. You should have 2 versions - A normal Arkham City and a GOTY version. Install the GOTY edition.

the disc version is for gfw client markplace, not steam.

In the past, when you installed the game, SecuROM and GFWL must have asked you to enter a serial. So you should have one.

To activate the game on Steam, you need to:

• Launch the Steam client software and log into your Steam account.
  
• Click the Games Menu.
  
• Choose Activate a Product on Steam...
  
• Follow the onscreen instructions to complete the process.

If you've lost the serial but still have the receipt, you should try to contact WB support.
If the serial you have does not work, you should try to contact Steam support or WB support.

Authentication code in the format AAAAA-BBBBB-CCCCC-DDDDD-EEEEE IS the key to activate the game on steam. If that doesn't work you have to contact warner bros. games support

ok i got my Batman EB GAMES receipt and package also the Authentication Script.

before making this into more than it should be, look at your library of all games, is the GOTY edition there? Good install it and play. Forget about the old game and keys and all that garbage.

And when you do "add game > activate a product" and use the authentication code in Steam, it does not work... ?

if you're having problem with "Batman Arkham Asylum" (invalid key product) just contact Warner Bros Games : [e-mail]

Just make an email to explain the problem and give them :
> a scan of your game book with the activation code
> a picture of the box + game book code
> the game receipt if you still have it (i didn't...so i gave my GFWL gamer tag)

They will reply to you really quickly (took 1 day for me to solve the problem from the first contact). They will create a support ticket then they will send you a new working code.
