[Solved] Harley's Ballons Glitch

I just got Party's Over achievement for popping all ballons, but when I go to statistics it says I popped 29/30 ballons. wtf?

Started again HQR, hit tab and there in left corner says I have 29/30 ballons.

On my first playthrough I only found 29 ballons, and in second playthrough I popped the last one (the one when fighting Harley with Robin). Ifinished HQR and skiped the credits ony to found out HQR is 99% complete.

Is there any solution(go for third playthrough and try to hit again that last ballon hoping to fix the problem?) or I just have to deal with it?

EDIT: I did my third run, and I think I know what was the problem. When I popped last ballon while fighting with Harley I died. Ballon probably reseted but I thought It wouldn't because I unlocked the achievement.

Redo it it you want to, but as long as you have credit for the Achievement, and if it's not holding up 100%ing another Achievement (Perfect Knight Day 2, for example) I'd just go with it. On your next playthrough you'll know where the last one is, but at least the game glitched in your favor.
