Help!! can't pass wonder Tower

Hi.
When I get to Wonder Tower on arkham city and I get on a room where are 3 tyger guards with 2 politican prisioners, then I beat those guards up and then appears Hugo Strange in the tv and starts talking with batman while theats a guy, then when more guards appear, and I can't beat them up because strange's face is still on the tv screen and I can't pass that part because of that.

I already reinstalled the game.
I already change the graphic options and the game still does that.
If anyone know how to fix that please tell me because I'm trying everything I can remenber

Wait, how exactly does Strange's face stop you from progressing?

You have to wait until Strange stops talking, then you can beat them up.

I can do everything but I can't beat them up because strange's face is bugged on the tv screen.

How is it "bugged" exactly? Strange's face is meant to be on the screen.

His face it's ment to be on the screen while he's talking. when he stops talking his face should desapear but it stays there frozen

Just wait for him to appear, if he does not it is likely to be a glitch uninstall and reinstall.

he will send a bunch of other guy then I think, and if I remember you get out of there and have to climb the main tower
P.S. Not sure but I think I remember that you had to do that

Thanks for all the answers, but it worked. I just needed to wait for some minuts, get punched, tased, get a shield in the face, and shot. And it started runing normally.
The image of Strange disapeared, and he finished the sentece. If it happens again, I will return in here.

yeah one thing ive noticed is that this game tends to lag on the computer BAD

for me there diolauge finishes long before there charecter model ever even shows up I had to wait forever for Riddler as his diolauge finished as he was still walking up to me

You should be able to attack theme before they attack you though...
Ah well at least you could progress.

im able to run a lot of game flawlessly but when I had assylum on my computer till the launcher crashed n will never reboot, it had the same probs but batman even lagged

in this I get some bat slow downs mostly when he's on the phone as the model isn't finished calling batgirl even though the diolauge is done. but for the most part diolauge finishes in like 5 seconds then the models move

Are you sure it's not your specs though? I only ask because I had a look through your games and nothing else you own would be as demanding as Arkham City.
