Logitech F710 controller stick reversed and x,y,b,a buttons reversed

Does anyone know how to fix this? I downloaded for steam and found a few posts that are supposed to help, but the defaultinput.ini file is not there. They say to go to WBGames folder under Program Files, but I have none. The only folder is the Steam folder.

The porblem I am having is the Up and Down are reversed on the controller and the X and Y are switched and the A and B are switched. Does anyone have any solutions to this?

I realize I can go pick up an XBox controller and be done with this issue, but I'd rather get what I already have to work first and exhaust all options. Thanks to all who help!

I had the same problem. On the front of your gamepad there is a switch, be sure to toggle it to the right one get it back into correct working order. Like so: https://imgur.com/a/ASRpo

Thanks, finally someone after 2 years solved this problem! I have been waiting by my computer day and night for someone to answer so I can play! I havent even played Arkham Knight yet, but now I will thanks to you kind stranger! Excelsior!
