Protocol 10 Game Breaking Bug (Help)

I've gotten through all of Wonder Tower and have taken out the guards up at the top and just hacked the panel with the password "Gotham Savior" to get to Strange... However, after Batman knocks Strange back in the cutscene and it changes to the view of Strange on the ground cowering from Batman, it freezes and I'm unable to skip it. I've redone the level several times but it appears to not work still.

try to set "PhysX" to deactive.
worked with a crash at a point in arkham asylum.

I already don't have PhysX activated.
