Any Advices in Beating ClayFace on Plus Mode

Hi,
I was doing a great job of collecting pretty much all the riddler tropies, solving riddles, challenge map medals to get as close to 100% as possible then I got stuck fighting clayface in plus mode...
Any great tips for easily getting through this ? Half my problem is I've psyched my self out so bad after not beating 'him' over and over... I had no problem with this in the first game mode but in this plus mode I've only really got close to beating him under the theatre a few times(after way too many atemps). I can't roam the city to finish up loose ends till I get though this part.
So any advices ? is there a cheat/glitch I can use to just get through this one part ?

Use quick freeze blasts at any opportunity

Well... I'm on the same quest as you. 90% so far. I recommend not thrwoing the freeze blast. at first. Just use the explosives, once you done that you should have 1 extra in the second fight. Use that one then you're forced to use freeze blast. Now for that I recommend to use it when he pauses. As in he does an attack and then his about to do a completely new attack. When you have the sword keep doing your special to keep distance from them. don't let them surrond you.

Best way i've ever found to deal with those things is to just evade/strike repeatedly. Then use the Freeze blast on the main body when it emerges.

After he comes back up evade twice and then use the Freeze Grenade.

All good advices (ha ha can't stop using that.) but nothing I haven't really tried. like "evade/strike repeatedly. then use freeze blast (in the basement).... When I'm trying to do this I loose sight of clayface and he hits me repeatedly. I've been double tapping to shoot the freeze grenade I've thought of binding that to a single key, it's about the only new approach I can think of.
