Identity Thief bug?
Hello everybody,

I just did the identity thief missions. No problem with the first two bodies, but to recognize the third one I had to reload the game several times. Then I searched for the guy with the bleach who sent me to the identity thief's hide-out. I started the audio tape and the cut scene started. Then the trouble began:
I opened the gate by using that crypto sequencer (don't know it that's the original english expression). After that I left the flat and in the last moment I heard how Batman said something to Oracle. But it was too late, I already went through the door. The mission was still at 85% and nothing happened. So I thought maybe it helps to enter the flat again. In deed the cut scene can be started again. But unfortunatelly the console to open the gate cannot be activatef again :-( So I'm locked in now and can't finish the quest.
However is there a way to complete the quest yet?

If you found all the bodies you should be able to complete the mission. After you meet Hush Batman says something like "I'll find him tomorrow" and it ends with 100%. Your case is really wierd.

@BloodyMares:
The Problem is that this particular cut scene where he tells Oracle to get him tomorrow was interrupted when I left his hideout. So the plot was not finished. But when I re-enter that flat I can start the previous cut scene (the one where Batman gets trapped and Elliot reveals his new face) again. But the console which opens the gate was already activated once before so I cannot activate it again. In the end I have to reload. But of course it will reload at the time when I entered the flat for the second time.

I guess there's no fit then. And unfortunatelly nothing like a reset cheat and no trainer can set me to a noclip mode. :(

Actually his case is not that weird.. I have exactly the same problem, and I´ve seen a few people having it too. Unfortunately it seems there is no solution to this :angry_creep:

However now I see that you have the achievement for completing the mission. Is there some way to complete it after the bug then ? I would really appreciate your help :)

Unfortunatelly not. I got the achievement in another game, which I started after I found out about the bug.
Sorry for reply to the necropost but I am facing the exact same problem. Cut scene with Oracle was interrupted as I was exiting the apartment. However I did get the steam achievement for completion. But the mission progress is stuck to 85%.Everytime I try to enter the apartment to complete it, the cryptographic sequencer doesn't lock on to the panel and I get trapped inside the building. Did anyone find a fix?

I can teleport you out of there. I do repairs for Arkham Origins players that suffer the endless freefall glitch in some rooms from not disabling DX11 before playing. Add me and I'll return you to freeroam, but you can't go back to that room. If you got the achievement but the mission still reads as open, do not return to that room. Just complete it normally in NG+.

The Hush glitch is occurring because many of you are skipping through or past dialogue that contains reward confirmations. I believe there's 3 confirmations that you need to allow to appear and expire before you exit that room: mission completion, Hush bio, and Hush character model unlocked. What's your hurry?

Another probable reason for the glitch is that many of you are playing with screen resolution needlessly cranked to maximum when a lower screen res will suffice. This doesn't affect all computers but happens often enough to be logged. On affected computers, overly high screen res doesn't allow proper registration of objects and proximity, consequently it's not recording that you performed certain actions. Reduce your screen resolution from inside the Launcher.
