Fatal Error after 51 hours of playing

I went to play some BAC GOTY yesterday and I this dialogue box popped up after the program crashed before even starting:
"Fatal error!

?INT?Version.ID.Unreal? ?INT?Version.ID.Local? (Wwise: 2011.1.0 #3886) Game

Address = 0x40ca56 (filename not found) [in C:\Program Files(x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Batman Arkham City GOTY\Binaries/Win32\BatmanAC.exe]"

to try solving it I restarted my computer, but that didn't work. Then I tried uninstalling and renistalling the game, still didn't work. Can anyone help me or has someone else had this problem?

I also had the exact same problem. I dont know why it is happening as I even re-installed it. If someone knows the solution to this problem, we would be grateful to you.

I also had the exact same problem. I dont know why it is happening as I even re-installed it. If someone knows the solution to this problem, we would be grateful to you.

I found if you go into your system files (My Documents --> WB Games) then delete the Arkham City folder and then uninstall and reinstall, it should work. That's what I did, hope it helps

need to see the entire output. There's usually a heck of alot more to it than that.

try deleteing the batman folder in my documents\wb games and then validate cache and it worked for me.
