Beat Story Mode, Still Can't Change Costume?

I beat the main story but I still can't change costume, nor start New Game+. What gives?

That's weird, is it just not showing you the option on the menu screen?

Try verifying the game cache. It might not work, but it has a tendency to fix weird problems like this.

For New Game +, are you sure you beat the game on Normal or Hard first?

I thought you could get it for beating it on easy.

Nope, unfortunately only Normal and Hard

IIRC, the skins aren't available for Easy; just Normal/Hard/NG+

I could be wrong (hopefully am), but that is how it has been for me; and from what I've read through discussions on other sites, it's the same.

So I got through it on Easy, you don't get access to NG+, however you can choose skins.

Just as a side note, it makes sense that you can't play NG+ after playing the game on Easy. NG+ is the same whether you played the game on normal or hard, and going straight from infinite smoke grenades to having no counter icons and extremely fast and tough enemies in comparison would feel very unfair.

Well that's good. Though now I'm wondering why they might not have shown up for OP.

And yeah, the learning curve would have been just a tad too steep, when you consider Easy is pretty much just for the story.
