I asked chat GPT for you:

Both "Batman: Arkham City" and "Batman: Arkham Knight" are excellent games, but the choice between them depends on your preferences and what you're looking for in a Batman gaming experience.

Here are some factors to consider:

1. Story and Setting:

"Batman: Arkham City" offers a more compact, focused story in a section of Gotham City that has been transformed into a massive open-world prison. It's known for its gripping narrative and intense atmosphere.
"Batman: Arkham Knight" has a broader scope, with a larger, more open Gotham City to explore. The story is also engaging, and it features the Batmobile as a key gameplay element.
2. Gameplay:

"Batman: Arkham City" focuses more on tight, hand-to-hand combat and stealth elements. It's known for its fluid combat system and the freedom to choose your approach to challenges.
"Batman: Arkham Knight" introduces the Batmobile, which offers a new dimension to gameplay, including combat, puzzle-solving, and traversal. The combat system is still excellent but has some refinements.
3. Graphics and Technology:

"Batman: Arkham Knight" is technically more advanced, taking advantage of newer hardware, which can result in better graphics and more advanced effects.
4. Personal Preference:

Consider what aspects of the Batman universe you find most appealing. If you love the idea of driving the Batmobile and exploring a larger Gotham City, "Arkham Knight" might be your choice. If you prefer a more focused, atmospheric experience, "Arkham City" could be more to your liking.
In summary, if you're looking for a more traditional, focused Batman experience with an emphasis on storytelling and hand-to-hand combat, "Batman: Arkham City" is an excellent choice. If you want a more expansive, technologically advanced game with the addition of the Batmobile, then "Batman: Arkham Knight" is the one to go for. Ultimately, both games are highly regarded in the series, and you can't go wrong with either one.

Arkham Knight focuses too heavily on the Batmobile and tank combat in my opinion.

I don't think I can do Asylum again. Those Scarecrow Sequences are just too tedious. Rest of the stuff was good.

They're meant to be played as a trilogy. I wouldn't suggest playing them any other way. It would be like missing out on a chunk of Lord of the Rings. I'm not kidding.
