How to change display settings in Batman Arkham City ??

Hey guys I am new to this community and I wanted to ask how to change the display settings in Batman Arkham City as I am unable to find ways to change it.

not sure why thats so hard to figure out? its all there if u just take the time to read through the guides :)

When you start it may give you the option to configure settings. If you don't see that then open the folder containing the game and run the config utility exe. Can't change the resolution in game.

Can you tell me the filename exactly ?? Also I figured the issue. The issue is it is running slow on my computer so I am trying to just lower the details in game but it does not show configure settings like Batman Arkham Asylum so any tricks ??
