Perfect Knight Day 2: Has anyone actually got this achievement?
I've managed to get the same achievement for Arkham Asylum but Rocksteady really upped the game this time round. Predator challenges especially, are a huge pain in the ass and now they even had to include New Game plus as a requirement? Seriously? They could have at least excluded the mission Acts of Violence,
I find it hard to believe when I look at the steam stats. There's little doubt at least half of that 0.6% of people hacked the achievement,

I beg to disagree. I have this achievement on two different Steam screen names and once on my original GFWL playthrough because I didn't quit, the same as many other players. Just stay with it, and you'll get the achievement.

Currently I'm working on the achievements. I have no problem with any story related achievements, since I really enjoy running around in arkham city.

My problems are with the challenges. Combat challenges are a breeze this time (they were a lot harder in AA....Shock and Awe anyone?) The predator challenges may have gotten a little harder, but a lot more annoying. They still seem doable so far...the good thing about these is that if you get stuck on one, you can look for a guide to help you with that specific challenge.

The biggest issue is that you have multiple characters that you have to complete these with, plus you also have those pesky campaigns, which i didn't even touch.

It may take a lot of time, but at least it's possible to do, and not luck based. Take a look at Origins. They just had to add that ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ multiplayer mode, and of course achievements too. Some of those i will probably never get, since only every 20th match has full teams, without anyone disconnectig....and some achievement need full teams.

Well, it's really just the New Game Plus I'm annoyed with here. I don't know what's the point of having it as part of the achievement since they never did it with the first game. It would be easier if not for certain missions like Acts of Violence (c'mon, finding all the civilians takes nearly forever) and the fact that the difficulty would be upped. I'm a completionist, I play for completing, not for the difficulty of a damn game. That said, I have nearly completed all Batman challenges. Couldn't care less about the Robin/Nightwing DLCs.
Replaying all Predator, Combat AND Campaign challenges all over again 2 times in a row? That's just freaking insane.

Unless you're referring to playing the Challenge Maps as Catwoman, Robin or Nightwing, you only have to do them once. You don't have to complete the maps again in NG+ if you completed them in the main game.

I know, once. Once as Nighrwing, once as Robin. So that's two times of replaying the same maps in a row. Oh yeah, then there's Batman and Catwoman. So each superhard predator map, Combat map, and campaign maps and you're doing the 40+ maps four times in a row for each character. You don't call that crazy?
The Perfect Knight achievement only includes Batman thankfully. But there's still achievements for Catwoman, Robin and Nightwing each.

A little hint to get these to pop easier: you don't have to complete all the downloaded maps (Joker's Carnival, Batcave, etc) to seal the achievement for each character. Only the Challenge and Campaign maps.

Steam's achievement scoring for this game seems more forgiving than GFWL, which necessitated a total 100% completion, as I recall.

I'm aware of that, but it's still alot of work. I'm thinking of just going either the route of completing for Catwoman, Robin & Nightwing or just focusing solely on Batman and NG+ for the achievement. Doing all 4 characters and NG+ seems too overkill for me

Try it solely as Batman first. That way you'll get the lay of each predator map down so there's fewer surprises, and you'll be able to take better advantage of the environment for each of the other characters. Just a thought. Go for the achievement first.

Why would you need to hack the achievement? Riddler challenges with Batman are pretty easy to do! As one of the 0.6% - the combat & predator maps are my favourite part of the game!

Admittedly - its gets a bit tricker with the other guys, I still haven't made perfect runs on all the master predator maps myself - Batman is OP ;-)

Gotta say this made me chuckle a bit ... what's the point in completing something if it wasn't a challenge in the first place? Is that not the definition of 'achievement' ??? :arkham:

So let me get this straight. To get 100% completion, I have to complete..
- Story mode (Done)
- Side Missions (Done)
- New Game Plus
- All upgrades (Done)
- Challenges
- Solving riddles and getting riddle trophies (Done)
- Harley Quinn's revenge??? I've done that though..
One more question, do I need to complete the story again in Hard difficulty??

This is wrong on so many levels. If you complain that an achievement is too hard, you are not a completionist. Deal with it.

Well, I've just completed the entire Riddler's Revenge for Batman so far. So that's not much a problem anymore.

It's like as stated on the achievement's description:
Complete Main Story
Complete New Game Plus
Complete Side Missions for BOTH NG+ and previous playthrough
Do all Riddles
Get all trophies
Max all your upgrades
All breakables (not sure)
Complete all Riddler Ranked Challenges (excluding extra DLC ones)
Complete all Riddler Campaigns (excluding extra DLC ones)

A completionist means doing everything in a game for that 100%, but has it ever been implied you have to be extremely proficient in the game? No.
Of course there's achievements for that but that's made as separate goals for other types of players to achieve.
And FYI I don't mind the difficulty in this game, in fact I've gotten used to it. It's how much the game demands that's pretty absurd.
Have you tried the Riddler's Revenge yourself? The very last few Extreme Predator challenges? The Extreme campaign challenges? They're far from easy at all. Most people I know don't even bother becuase of they couldn't.
I'm planning on getting all the achievements anyway so go ahead, try mocking me. I doubt you've even tried yourself.

But I heard rumours that I have to complete the Story again in Hard diffuculty so i can get this achievment.

XiaoHuoZi, you don't have to complete it on Hard difficulty, just Normal and New Game Plus.
