I've finally figured out how to get the "Storyteller" achievement in 2022.
If anyone else has tried to get this achievement as of 2022, you may have noticed that none of the days on the calendar are circled near the Calendar Man's cell. That's because the game doesn't know which days are truly the correct days for you to visit. Granted, it will still recognize me visiting him on some days like April 1st, July 4th, etc, but I could never get Calendar man to recognize Mother's Day or Father's Day, and that's because those days aren’t fixed ones like independence day.

Fortunately, I've figured out a way to work around this problem. if you want to know how I did it so you can get the achievement yourself, this is what I did:

1. Before launching the game, put Steam on offline mode. You may need to do this in order for step 2 to work.

2. Change the clock and date of your computer to 2016. If you do this and enter the courtroom, the game will recognize the year and you will see all the dates circled again near Calendar Man's cell.

3. Also change the date on your computer to January 1st or any date that you want to visit Calendar Man, but I'll start with January 1st as an example.

4. After you picked the date, launch Arkham City and enter the courtroom, head downstairs and talk to Calendar Man and let him tell you his story.

5. Once Calendar Man is finished, leave the courtroom so the game saves the fact that you visited him. That way, when you visit him again, the Calendar on the wall will have the month of January scribbled out. That means the game recognizes that you visited him on that date.

6. Close Arkham City and repeat the process by changing your computer's date to each day that Calendar Man wants you to visit him. Here is the list of days that go with the year 2016:

- January 1st: New Year's Day
- February 14th: Valentine's Day
- March 17th: St. Patrick's Day
- April 1st: April Fool's Day
- May 8th: Mother's Day
- June 19th: Father's Day
- July 4th: Independence Day
- August 16th: Feast of St. Roch
- September 5th: Labor Day
- October 31st: Halloween
- November 24th: Thanksgiving
- December 25th: Christmas Day

Once you visit him on all these dates, you should get the achievement. Again, just remember a few key things while you do it.
- Put Steam on offline mode
- Change your computer's year to 2016 and to the month and day you wish to visit him
- Remember to leave the Courtroom after he finishes so the game saves your progress

Thank you for reading this. If this method has worked, or if you have and questions, comment below so I can answer them.

Great guide, very helpful! I just used it to get the achievement in 2024, so it still works!
