Enigma conundrum problem

Hello,
I have one big problem. Trying to get Perfect Knight 2.0 so I strted new game plus. I can't complete Enigma conundrum 'cause i can't get to the second hostage. I rescued the first one and I got the location of the second, but he doesn't seem to be there. I think I have to question one henchman, but he also isn't there. Does anyone have that problem? What should I do?

In the first-run game the first hostage is free, but after the first hostage the value increases every 80 riddles. This includes riddles, trophies, and Physical Challenges for both Batman and Catwoman. Did you rescue all 5 hostages and obtain all collectibles in the first-run game?

Try lowering your in-game screen resolution from inside the Launcher for better object and proximity registration. Hopefully the marker will resolve properly, although if you've already checkpointed elsewhere this might be a problem. Let us know your results.
