True, but the AMD APU contains an embedded Radeon R5 GPU which is more then up to the task of running this 11 year old game.
Well, BAC is a much older game with far more modest requirements then BAK. The latter required a Radeon HD 3850, which the mobile R5 more then exceeds, but it's not quite on par with the (at the time) relatively beefy HD7780 that BAK demands. So i'm not surprised it would run poorly in comparison, esp when coupled with a relatively low power mobile CPU and below min 8GB (Win 10 recommends 12 or more).
You can try upgrading the memory, which might improve performance somewhat, but the mobile APU is inherently limited for what it is. It should run older games just fine, but stuff from within the last 5ish years might still be somewhat out of it's reach at anything but lower settings. It IS a laptop, after all.
FYI, most laptops by design operate slower when on battery. So either keep it plugged into AC, or override the power saving settings, but expect a reduction in battery life.
upgrade to an SSD, make sure it's set for AHCI mode. upgrade memory if it can support more. at least 12GB is recommended for Win 10.
