Seems to be running 'too fast.'

So I just rebuilt my PC. I went all out, and I have a 2080ti, Top end I9 chip, etc. I mainly built for VR.

I reinstall Arkham Kinght and replay it, and get a hankering to play Arkham City again, so I reinstall it.

And it feels like the game is running at 1.5 speed. Everything happens a little too quickly.

Not sure what to do. Anyone else have this problem?

Check your monitor or TV's refresh rate. Remove every movie or acceleration option. Active/deactivate the vsync to see what it does.

try capping the framerate to 60 I've heard of games running way to fast if the framerate is higher than it was intended to be

I’ll give it a shot but I don’t remember the games having an FPS cap setting. Is that something I would do from the Nvidea Control panel?
