Got a question regarding the smoke pellet recharge process.

Hi everyone I got a question regarding smoke pellet and how they recharge. I have been playing this game for years and never had a issue but today I noticed that my smoke pellet don't recharge inside a building unless I open a door or fight bad guys outside a building such as the church or police station the pellets recharge right away but inside a building it only works once and won't recharge after that. Is this normal or do I have a issue with the game? Please help me because I am a little confused here I would appreciate it.

It's normal behavior across City, Origins, and Knight. It incentivises tactical planning before deployment.

This is completely normal and it's supposed to happen. They only give you one smoke pellet per predator room encounter so, as JonoAMano said, it won't make it too easy for you to complete a predator room simply by spamming smoke pellets and letting them recharge again.
