could tell from it how he activated the switch as it went by very quickly.
Where I am an it is the place where it says scribbled in red "Welcome to new recruits"' painted on the wall, and and where I need to find 10 policemen held hostage.
To ensure accurate targeting make certain your Batarangs are not inverted from inside the Game Options menu. Remember to shut off the electricity for Catwoman when you reach the top of the staircase. Sorry about the misinformation in my first comment, but from your initial description it sounded like you were already near Freeze's location.
It is 7 minutes in to this video, and before the Gladiator Pit. I can't understand the options they give on the right hand side of the screen (brake, etc) to help me to direct the Batrang to the switch.
Thanks for your time.
From the YouTube video-
Auto-Leveling: Center mouse button
Boost: Left mouse button
Brake: Right mouse button
U-Turn: Right mouse button + Left mouse button
Auto-leveling is for when the Remote Batarang is flying at an off-kilter angle, most likely after negotiating a turn. Auto-Leveling returns Remote Batarang point of view level to flight horizon.
Boost is another word for acceleration, It increases Remote Batarang speed.
Brake is deceleration, it decreases Remote Batarang speed.
U-Turn is just that, a 180 degree turn from original flight direction. Hold Brake and Boost at the same time, then release.
So I would suggest you use the brake (right mouse button) when throwing, as the slower speed wil make it easier to control. You should be hitting the button and opening the door in no time!
U-Turn is great for when you want to use the RC Batarang as a drone for site inspection and enemy location in predator rooms where jamming is present, but you want the Batarang to return to you instead of crashing into a wall and thereby alerting enemies to your presence. There's also a Riddler challenge you complete by catching an RC Batarang.
As a 47 year old man with hot a great deal of experience of pc games, I have been playing with my 5 year old nephew and did not want to disappoint him by not being able to get past the Batarang area which was causing me huge problems.
Not everyone likes controllers, but have you considered one? I love them, makes most action tasks really fly during the game and enables seamless combos. Took me a few weeks to really master the controller, now I never even look down at it while playing. Controllers enabled this mid-50s player to 100% every single achievement on all 4 Arkham games. Think about it, it might make some gaming tasks easier.
