So I Was Trying To Activate Killer Croc Easter Egg,But When I Hitted The Button Nothing Happened, Why? Please Help

As far as I remember, it can only be activated after fighting Ra's, it won't work after or before that instance.

I don't think so, I activated it before finding Ra's but only works once,
