Catwoman Loot Mission Error

i'm currently doing Catwoman loot mission. it says i need to beat the thug at museum. but when i press X, there's no thug with loot indicator on top of their head. i tried to beat all thugs around the museum, but i still didn't get any loot. tried another place too, but still no thug with loot indicator on top of their head. plz help, i'm stuck. sorry my english is bad

You have to defeat Two-Face to find out. Take out as many of the thugs as you can, then go after Two-Face when there is maybe one thug left, or none, preferably. Once you defeat Two-Face the next part will be revealed.

Where can i find two face? Museum?

Yes, inside the museum. As soon as you enter the last area where he is, the game will play a short dialog and then you will have to defeat him before you can leave. You will know it when you encounter him. The game will set the stage for you; you can't miss it.
