I can't get the "Twice Nightly" achievement

I already complete the new game plus, but this achievement didn't appear, i already got 100% on everything, someone know what i do?

Sometimes steam achievements glitch, this has happened to me with a few games (not batman tho, every achievement seemed to unlock fine for me besides robins snap to it, seemed like I had to repeat the process a few times for it to activate) what I'd suggest is try reloading both the regular game and new game plus, and make sure you're online, if it don't work then I'd say the achievement might be glitched.

No, i had to finish the game in New Game + again to get this achiviement (just speedrun the main missions, you can finish in about 6 ~ 7h), but i had more bugs with other achiviements, in dlc campaign as Robin, the "Party's Over" achievement, where you have to destroy all Harley Balloons, i had to finish the campaign twice because the first one simply didn't count correctly the balloons i destroyed.

The other bug was when i got all stars with CatWoman, so i got all stars of challenges and the achiviement doesnt appear too, but i just restarted the game and steam and the achiviement showed up
