Enigma machine bug?
I can't use enigma machine after i rescued second riddler´s hostage :( please help.

It's not a bug. Enigma said you don't have enough riddles yet. You're probably also missing the Line Launcher, which you'll collect later in the game. Keep playing.

The first hostage is free, but after the first hostage the value increases every 80 riddles. This includes riddles, trophies, and Physical Challenges for both Batman and Catwoman.
