There is a texture pack for the game now, not sure it makes a massive difference but you might look at that.
lol youre letting one guy's opinion piece from five years ago stop you from playing one of the most highly acclaimed games of all time for $5.00....
I didnt even read the article in full. Im sure a lot of what he says apples to many open world games made today. thats because a lot of them copy the same format as batman, assassin's creed etc... except that arkham city does that style of game best.
A lot of what I read in that articl boils down to "I dont like the changes they made from Arkham Assylum because it's not the same game"
edit: i jest read more of it. wow this guy is a r_tard. he just doesn't know how to play the game. New enemy types were introduced and he can't adapt so he badmouths the game on his blog about how hes always getting taken unaware from behind lol. its because he hasn't gotten good. dont listent to this scrub please.
his point on how you revisit areas in AC but not in AA is jjust wrong. you reisit areas in AA later on when you have better gadgets. You do it all the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ time and it works the exact same way in City...
