Steel Mill Titan Container bug.
I'm trying to blow up the last Titan Container inside the Steel Mill but Batman being an idiot only puts the explosive gell on the ground infront of it instead of reaching out two decimeters to put the gell onto the bloody tank.

What do?

It's not a bug, it's just finicky. Walk straight up to the container and keep Batman's POV aimed toward the target as much as possible as you apply the gel.

The same thing happens to me periodically in all the Arkham games. You practically have to stick Batman's nose right up to some -- but not all -- targets before applying the gel. If your screen resolution is cranked high, reduce it from inside the Launcher to assist with texture and proximity registration.
