Why? What's the problem?
You're referring to "Partial Controller Support" which doesn't mean what most people think it does. This just means that you can't control everything the same SOLELY with a controller. YOu will need a KB+m for something, which I THINK refers just to the game launcher which is a .net Windows application.
"Full Controller Support" means that you control everything with a controller.
Not natively. The PS4 controller can work as a directinput controller on it's own, but that has limitations. You need a Xinput wrapper such as DS4Windows to make it work as an xinput controller.
Anything that is xinput compatible. Xbox 360 and Xbox One Controllers are both good choices.
It will work natively as a Directinput controller, but as with the PS3 controller you would need a Xinput wrapper such as DS4Windows to use it with xinput compatible games.
