Cant get the titan container in the steel meel

i dont know how to get to the titan container in the steel meel enyone know?

is there just a door because in the map it said it was in the steal meel? so i looked all around and it is not eny where i could find be cause i cant find the "inside"

IIRC it's right by the back door. You should glide right over the mill towards the prison wall. There is a little courtyard at the back of the mill and a door there. Usually a team of armed goons guarding that courtyard.

Rear entrance, across from a Harley intercom. If you checked your map from inside the Steel Mill you'd have seen it.
