Augmented reality (gliding challenge 3)
Is this bugged? because you have to go so low to get the first 3 hoops that you're lower that the 4th one. This is either impossible or the game hasnt explained how to do it because theres no (explained way) to gain altitude other than land and use a grapple...

Cannot remember which one you are talking about specifically but they are not bugged. Some are pretty tough but they all can be done. Of course you can gain altitube without landing by simply gliding up.

Well you clearly have not read my original post. How do you glide up? Also where in the game are you supposed to learn whatever secret magic you use to glide up?

I must be missing something here - you gain momentum by diving and carry that momentum in level flight, if you have enough you can glide up by pulling back on the mouse. I can assure you that all these AR challenges can be done.

That appears to be the one you are talking about but if you're having probs with that one I fear for your monitor screen when you get to the Advanced ones.

You do not need to dead-center each target. The reason you can't pull up is because you're probably trying to dead-center the last vertical target above the Falcone scow instead of merely clipping it, resulting in a less desirable pitch upon pullup.

I've tried all sorts of stuff and I just dont see how this is possible. I move the mouse from downward to horizontal and batman just starts gliding down normally, but he will not go up, Is there a special key you are meant to use?

I haven't got the game installed at the moment but IIRC there should be a guide for all the things Batman can do. Go to your WayneTech computer, somewhere in there will be an explanation for everything he can do.

If your mouse is controlling the pitch he flies at then you should be able to pull up by moving the mouse down (or up if you have inverted controls). Have you got the dive control figured out. When in flight the dive button makes Batman drop straight down which is what builds momentum.

Check your keybindings for all controls.

You should be vertical to the first target and press Ctrl so Bat will...like close the wing and drop very fast, then u release Ctrl, Bat will glide up

In the main storyline, there's a point when there's kind of a tutorial on gliding, which in my opinion is kind of late because you could use it a lot earlier, but I also think that the game hints you with text about that. I use a controller so can't help, but don't worry, they are all possible to complete. Good luck!

yup , instead of just "dropping down" , you need to "Dive" by holding the Left Ctrl key
with spacebar ,
then release Left Ctrl key before splatting into the ground\water , then move mouse back or forward , which ever , to use that momentom to Glide up , while still holding the spacebar

that same technique is also needed to Glide for more then 150 meters ,
to beat the Glide Challange .

i still have 2 Augmented Realtiy's to go , they use Low Level flying ,
i think i won't be able to do them .

I'm stuck at AR 1 and the main problem is that I can NEVER get Batman to level out automatically. I read that you just should let go of the dive bomb and things will sort it out but I have never managed. I've seen videos where Batman does almost a 90 degrees instant leveling out but I have never managed to make him do that. Pulling the stick back ever so little - he slams into the wall. Leaving the stick be - he slams to the ground.
