[BUG] NO CONTRACTS AT ANY PORTS

I'm getting no contracts in any port for 3 straight months on SEVERAL SAVES, THIS HAS TO BE A BUG
FIX THIS GAME OR I'LL REFUND

I've watched Orbital Potato's coverage on YouTube, he got contracts at any port that accepts the vessel, why aren't I

Hi, in the screenshots you show the OPERATIONS window not the contracts window.
Press the 3rd button from the main menu named "CHARTERING". This is where you see all the available contracts.

Yes, I have validated the files and tried new starts every time, same results.

Can you send us a screenshot of the "CHARTERING" window please? And another one with a hover from a port on the map?

I had gone through every screen looking for contracts and couldn't find any place, just to realize now that the small button that I had tried several times, rarely works.
I had to click around the contracts area shown in my no contracts screenshot to get the new screen up.
The help button rarely worked also and gave no help in this matter.
Why choose such an indescriptive way to find a key function is beyond me and my comprehension.
After 5 different saves with 3 ingame months looking on each, I didn't get that function out of that button before, perhaps the validation did something, but that didn't work previously.

Doesn't your CHARTERING button on the bottom left of the game's screen form the MENU work?

Rarely works, as in mostly not.
So I had thought mistakenly that no function = no contracts.
The square with up to the right arrow sticking out.
Either rarely works or really bad hitbox for it.

I see. We don't have any similar issue with any other player regarding the Main Menu bar. Can you give us the following info?

1920 x 1080 in game, full screen.

Issue with both new or loaded game state.

Windows native display 2560 x 1440

Tried with 2560 x 1440 in game and it now worked every time, even played a acknowledge sound at each entry that hasn't been there before.
