How realistic the trade flows would be in terms of the commodities? Will the ports be draught restricted?

I saw a video yesterday. A LOT of ports..probably well over a hundred. I was pretty impressed...much more so than in Trans Ocean.

It does not Feature all empty ships going port to port making fake profit for GDP so not Realistic
