Der Multiplayer geht bei mir nicht! Ich gehe auf schnelles Spiel und er sagt sofort das es nichts finden kann. Bitte um hilfe.

For me to get a better idea of the problem and pass it on to the team, I'd like to request that you please get back in touch with the following information:

• Whether this issue occurs only when you attempt to play against a specific opponent/s
  
• Whether this has always been an issue, or if you have been able to play a multiplayer game before
  
• Any error messages or codes, exactly as they appear

If this has always been an issue, there might be a poor configuration for your connection to the servers.
To make sure that this is not the case, please attempt the following:

• Launch Steam
  
• Click Steam in the top left of the client
  
• Open the Settings menu
  
• Navigate to the Downloads section
  
• Expand the Download Region and choose UK – London (Or most appropriate server location)
  
• Set the bandwidth limit to No Limit (Unless you are on a limited data plan)

Ich bekomme keine Fehlermeldung etc. und Server Standort ist London doch immer noch kein Multiplayer!

Thank you for getting back in touch with this information.
After taking a quick look, it doesn't appear that there's any issues with the functional of the servers.
This likely means that there aren't many people playing online games when you're looking for a lobby.
For your best chances of finding a game, I'd like to recommend that you check around 1900 - 2100 CET.
