Missing worms, maps, etc. :(
Hello.

I just installed and tried to play Worms Revolution game for its free weekend, but I seem to have missing maps, worms, etc. See http://i.imgur.com/1vfN1Qc.jpg as a screen shot/capture example (also show the same symptoms/issues in fullscreen). I think there is a missing worm in the main menu too on that computer chair. Everything else seems to work though like the short videos. My primary/Windows XP Pro. SP3 computer details can be found in http://zimage.com/~ant/antfarm/about/computers.txt (please note that I cannot use the latest video drivers). I tried disabling and using lowest video options, but they did not help. Other games worked fine. :(

Thank you in advance. :)

(please note that I cannot use the latest video drivers) There is your problem.. why cant u update your drivers than? And how old are they?
AntDude 21 ABR 2013 a las 6:12
Wobby: V9.4 since newer drivers cause Windows XP's clock to slow down with DVI and rare, random hard lock ups when playing videos. I guess I won't be playing this game then. :(

Wobby: I ran its Steam cache files validation and it passed with flying colors. Minimum requires are OK. Did you see my http://zimage.com/~ant/antfarm/about/computers.txt yet? I will e-mail support@team17.com with my DirectX 9.0c's dxdiag.exe details. It is probably driver related. Thanks anyways. :)

Hi, Sorry to hear you're experiencing issues with the game. This is usually caused because ...
1. the graphics card is below the minimum specs
2. the graphic card drivers are out of date
3. if Worms Revolution is being played on a laptop, the laptop can sometimes try and run the game through its below spec integrated graphic card as opposed to its more powerful card

The free to play weekend has now ended but the game still has a 50% saving for the next 9 hours.

If you do want any assistance with this issue please contact our support team following the steps below:

1. Hold down the Windows Key and press R
2. The Run dialog should appear. Type dxdiag in the available text field.
3. Click OK
4. Click Save All Information
5. Set the Save as type to Text File (*.txt)
6. Save the file DxDiag.txt to your Desktop so it is easy to find.
7. Attach the DXdiag.txt file in an email to support@team17.com

I sent my dxdiag.txt a couple nights ago. I hope it helps even though the free weekend ended. :(

On my computer, the game doesn't even load the background color. In other words... blind gaming :(
