Well, depends on what kind of similar you're looking for. If you mean a team-based game, you've got Battleborn, Overwatch, Paladins, and so on.

If you mean similar as in setting, there's honestly not that many games made with that kind of setting in mind.

I think there is no game like Nosgoth. Based on melee VS ranged.
But KF2 just got a update with pvp conten so I'm gonna try it.

I'd suggest panzar. A 3rd person game. Whit orcs, dwarfs, elfs and humans. Not that i play it anymore (since it's a pay to advance type of game in my opinion).
