How to install territory flags?
After doing it as part of the tutorial, after day of work, I kinda forgot how to do it. And can't find any information about it. Could anyone remind me how to install flags that allow you to take over territory under control?

For resources you put the flag down next to the resource, by default its set as inactive. Click the flag to make it active. Make sure you have a deterring force as you ll get attacked I believe on start and you ll need detterence then to maintain the control.

I know the second part. I can't understand where I am supposed to acquire flags?

Flags are buildables, you find them at the bottom of the All tab.

Where? after the tutorial that asks to claim furniture factory/basic i've not gotten any options for resource claim or flags.

this is the bottom of all tab as suggested, and as you can see im already post-2 goal.. pretty late in a game

That surprises me. Have you already built them but not activated them? When you select the flag is would say Dormant in the bottom left of the screen. You click it to activate.

i've claimed the single factory for baisc needs and the single factory for furniture, they are both currently active

Is that all that there is to that system? it + the shift view implies a wider degree of resource claim
You only ever get those two flags, one for furniture, and one for 40k daily necessities, you can't currently ever get more that that in one city. If you need more furniture you can buy it from warehouses for wealth, or there's a production chain in chapter 2, while more daily necessities can be gained from a deal with a cult in chapter 2, or, again, a production chain.

Okay that makes more sense and honestly confuses me, feels like this was meant to be an entire set of systems that just got scrapped early on in development, having only two of these ever feels super weird.

Ah. At least I am not as brain damaged as I thought.

If the resource runs out, like furniture, how do you move it? If I delete it, there's no option to build another one.
The resource *shouldn't* ever run out, as far as I'm aware. If it has, that may be a bug.

According to resources tab, I'm not taking in any furniture. I checked the flag, and all that is shown is deterrence required. (and I'm in the green for that). I can show screenshots if that helps.

I can get furniture in other ways, but I thought you could move the flags or something to also steal it like you do when you first unlock them.
