No, forget about Mercenaries if you're going to play Clans. They have different engines to start with.

Well then I'll pass until the DLC releases and the game is actually complete, I guess. This is like a downgrade for the sake of purdier graphics which I don't care about. Will stick with modded Mech 5. You can already play Clan mechs there in a much better mode. And more Clan mechs that are seemingly available in this game to boot for some reason.

Your right and everyone's own. A lot of people don't need iron in the form of mechs, weapons, but a plot and a normal campaign. History. Regular fights for the sake of fighting are a waste of time, imho. You can do this in MWO.

I like the Battletech setting. So, I'm going to enjoy the story, watching the clanners being weirdos and stunting all over the Inner Sphere's pitiful forces in my far more advanced omni-mech.

Yeah well modded mech 5 also has a ton of added mechanics lmao. They can keep their added mechanics they don't want to talk about with the game right around the corner.

Let's just see how it does when it releases. I'll keep an eye on it but there are other games I'm more interested in and they still haven't shown me a damn thing that convinces me this shouldn't just have been a xpac + graphical refresh for merc 5 when they themselves couldn't even lie and call it merc 6.

Guess right away why different games don't combine and why they have to do it? Where is the logic? Different game modes, different engines. There will be a game for clans only. What will the association give you?

The success of MW5:M brought additions with the line companies that the people asked for. Thanks to them, additional sales began. And it's not for you to teach how to do business and games? Is that clear? The developers know better and they return the series to its origins, linear games as before. The most successful game in the series was with linear campaigns and playing for factions sandbox is impossible. Get it into your head, or is it fashionable to be stubborn?
And if you don't notice the innovations in the new game, then you are blind or just trolls.

How's that release going, chad? Mixed on steam, overall negative or lukewarm reviews, tons of issues, 5k peak (lawl) that immediately dumped.

Mechwarrior 5 is fine after years of patching, content releases, and LOTs of mods. But just 'fine.' Battletech the TRPG was infinitely better.
