Im only getting honor from ranking up now
My honor count is only going up each time I rank up, not getting honor gained from missions. Anyone else getting this issue? SHould I be worried? I am able to work around it, but it would be nice to spend those points.

Pretty sure I get honour from every mission I complete.
And you need to do several missions to get enough honour to rank up.

Ranking up to level 15 gives you all the honor you need to unlock everything.

Yeah after replaying through the game I completely misunderstood some of the progression.

No...
Honour is the thing you need to rank up.
Merits is what you get from ranking up.
Did they teach you nothing on Londerholm?
