Poor audio quality?

Is it just me or is the audio kinda ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥, i couldnt find any settings to adjust other than sound volume.

For example the cutscene bgm sounds low quality enough to hear it peaking. Or the sfx of the ship landing sounds straight up mono, no stereo effects?

But the voice acting dialogue sounds fine.

Also dislike the lack of music in the ship menu. Kinda deafeningly quiet.

Btw on game pass/pc and using headphones.
Only played for a few hours last night.

are you on windows or xbox? I had other games with weird audio on windows 11 and I went to

Settings > System > Sound > (click on active audio device under "output") > scroll to "audio enhancements" and change to "off"

I'm not having an audio issue.. works for me..not to say other's aren't but on my end.. no it's fine.
