Got MW5 on EPIC, can i connect with Steam?

I own the Game and all DLC on Epic, seeing how this is more or less a standalone mod with the same tech will there be issues when connecting the games ?

Looks like this one has the same issues MW5 had and still has ( game freezing to a halt during missions, textures not loading, resolving wrong, not running well on Laptops and so on) so i guess i will wait a year anyway.

MW5 and Clans do not function together. Clans is a stand-alone game, and doesn't have any multiplayer connectivity except to itself.

Ah thank you, i am mainly worried about upcoming interoperability of upcoming mods ( at this point all YAML functions should be integrated in the main game imo.)
