I used arctic cheetah with 7 energy hardpoints, just er medium laser vomit.

And depending how far you are into the game, first Turtle Bay mission has you fighting wave of enemies and then 2 assaults come in, stalker and atlas, and kinda just sit there doing nothing. You can kill these 2 and reset.

Second is first mission on Courchevel, once you reach that camping spot right at the start of mission, small groups of mechs will start coming in.
First group is medium mech and 2 assault mechs, both are already half dead, you can usually oneshot them (stand in water for super fast cooling).

You can reset after that and it should keep your kills.
Later in this mission there are some sleepy mechs that you can score easily kills on, but I dont know if these count, theres also 2-3 more assault mechs that are active in this mission. So depends if you want to play or only farm.

first Courchevel mission.

to get the Goliath Incarnate one (kill lights with assault) take the Flushing the Nest Santander mission. Put all your starmates in MLX and take a DWF and go to town. Should be able to get the achievement in 1 or 2 runs.

What an odd name for this achievement given the Viper is a medium mech and the achievement requires a light...

in fairness, it "feels" more like an overgrown light than a medium.
