Memphis Belle
Watch the original movie made during the war, not any of the newer ones.
Do this and tell me you aren't tempted to load up this game. :)

That's pretty much unbeatable IMHO. along with The Memphis Belle: A Story of a Flying Fortress from the 40's which Vlad mentions.

Gonna wait until MOTA's last episode airs and also heard after the 9th episode they will have one where they interview some WW2 vets. Unfortunately, many have passed on, so they couldn't pull off quite the same as they did with BoB.

Definitely the way to go. My grandfather was a ball turret gunner and a tail gunner, and he swore by 12 o'clock high. He absolutely hated the Memphis Belle movie.

Don't forget the excellent television show of the same name that was in the mid-1960s. You can find the episodes on YouTube.

I remember watching that TV show a LOT as a kid.. I don't think I ever saw the movie!! :(.... I'm a bit biased on Memphis Belle because just because of the people in it and their stories. I will definitely search out Twelve O'clock High the movie.
