If you want to help stop the trend of publishers and developers using the free advertising on Steam to hype up poor products for large revenue gains, then simply stop buying the products on release day and wait to read reviews.
All that said, I think it's reasonable and even good practice to wait for reviews for games. By all means do that, but just because a game was delayed because of some issues with it doesn't mean it was some plot to taunt you. They let us know the price, the fact a bundle will exist so previous owners of the original game will get a discount, and that as soon as it's in a state they can get it out to us they will. Heck, for all we know they had issues getting the bundle set up (they made reference to issues with it appearing) and didn't want day one purchasers to feel cheated when a bundle appeared shortly after.
In any case, definitely not subbing to this thread, but relax, play something else. At least metaphorically touch grass. This isn't a big deal.
It might take a bit longer to get the games we want as they are mostly small teams but they will be invested with a passion and commitment and level of detail which will more than make up for the big budgets that Ubi etc throw at their games .
2. Wanting better quality skins and 3D world in a Redux version of a game is not entitlement - it's simply what one would expect a 'Redux' version to deliver.
The game wasn't where they wanted it to be on release, they're just holding it until it is!
You want them to release a buggy game? Then the whining would be off the charts!
I like knowing when a product is supposed to be released, but the correct answer is "It'll be released when it's ready". Otherwise, go buy a Bethesda game. "It just works!"
How many people do you think, woke up this morning super excited to play The Mighty 8th Redux, then when they found out that it was being delayed, they said "F" it, and decided they were going to buy Bomber 3 while they wait for The Mighty 8th Redux?
