Naval War: Arctic Circle Language Change

Is there any way to change from Russian to English?
I'm having trouble because there's no language change in the settings.

Yes I think you can add the option in NWACPrefs.ini (in the \Documents\My Games\Naval War Arctic Circle folder) but I don't remember the exact syntax. Edit the file and add "Language=English" to it, that might work. Of course, we can also change it by right clicking on the game in steam library, select properties and you change the language option there, but I see you don't have the steam version obviously, cheers!

EDIT: try it in a startup switch if the .ini edit doesn't work by adding -english to the .exe shortcut. If all this doesn't work there might still be a way of editing it in the registry (but I don't know): \HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Turbo Tape Games\Naval War Arctic Circle
