Scripts and bind commands

Hello all - it's been around 10 years since I've played TFC. I used to have all these nice cfg files with my keys bound. I've played around with it but can't seem to get it working again. I'm thinking things must have changed since the old days. Is there an updated guide or something. I've kicked around trying to find a good site but it seems to be all outdated info. Can someone give an old guy a hand?

Thanks for the link. Maybe I'm doing something wrong, but I've copied and pasted some of the scripts into my "userconfig.cfg" files and they don't work. Do I need to do something first to activate them or am I putting them in the wrong place?

Try pasting the following in your autoexec.cfg:

exec myconfig.cfg

setinfo "ec" "1" // Automatic exec for class.cfg
setinfo "em" "1" // Automatic exec for map.cfg
setinfo "dc" "1" // Exec Default Class
setinfo "dm" "1" // Exec Default Map

The person who kindly hosted the site--their site (teamfortressclassic.org) has gone offline.

TFC Resource was just a little crappy temp placeholder site I did like 15 years ago and was supposed to be a big archive of practically every file and TFC-related site, but I never took it further, unfortunately. I regret that now.

I'm not sure whether I have the last backup before going down, but here's one:

Paft, pizzahut, thank you both for your replies. TFC is the only game I played frequently over the last 30+ years. Other games are ok but this one is special.
