Screen Resolution problem.
Can somebody help me? I have a 1280 x 1920 monitor and I attempted to put TFC on its max res, but now I can't change it back because I can't even click the options button. HELP!

You can use the launch commands. Example res:
-w 1920 -h 1080

That goes in:
Steam > Games > Right Click on 'Team Forress Classic' > Properties > Set launch options

It does not work for me, I have tried almost everywhere and everyone says its the launch options but it doesn't work.

What about this in the launch options? -nofbo

Are you getting a black screen or broken res?

Yesterday i did that yeah, the -W and -H didnt work but doing -Windowed worked and i was able to stretch the window bit enough i could see the menu again, even tho first i had to open the servers menu. then the options one since if i did the options first it opened in the left upper corner for no reason at all. In the end i guess i solved it by another way lmao

It happened to me so long ago I cannot even remember the exact cause. I can't recreate it. Though, I only tried for 20 sec.

(The following is just from memory--some as already mentioned, but for future linking reference:)

Res/Black Screen?

You can use the launch commands. Example res:
-w 1920 -h 1080

That goes in:
Steam > Games > Right Click on 'Team Fortress Classic' > Properties > Launch options

Several things to try are:

Resolution Issue
Either of these: -width 800 -height 640 -w 800 -h 640
Then change in-game to whatever you use and remove the commands.

or
This is supposed to restore original video settings: -autoconfig

or
-windowed


Black Screen
-nofbo
