Can someone show me how to configure jack for tfc?

I tried but when i compiled it, it brought me to the normal half-life screen instead of tfc. And when i actually had to manually tfc and load the map.

you need to modify the game launch parameters to run through the proper executable with the correct parameters.. but even then im not sure if this is possible anymore, hopefully someone with more knowledge can provide some more information.

The executable you want is located under 'Steamapps/Common/Half-Life/hl.exe'
the launch parameters you will want is '-game tfc -map $MAPNAME'

This works fine. For now. But do you know any tfc mapping forums for newbies, or where i can ask for help?

This tutorial was useful. But do I use the tf15.fgd from the half life sdk, or do i just use the halflife.fgd? Or both.

You should be using tf15.fgd as it will contain the game specific entities and such.
