Is there any chance of getting a slightly more user-friendly submission system on the page, rather than email? Not sure if it's worth the extra work for you but there's a couple pickup servers that occasionally play maps that aren't available from mrclan, and it would be awesome if we could just submit the map to your page for others to download in the future. :)
I've added a form for submitting maps. I also added several hundred maps from mrclan.com that I didn't already have. Since that site has maps packaged individually as ZIP files, I added download links to the table for people to download individual maps that (hopefully) include all of the resource files required by that map. That accounts for a little over half of the entire archive. For the remaining maps, I can work on compiling them into ZIP files, though that will take time.
Squishy's batcave is great for skill maps: 68.232.160.177:27015
If you join on a map that's too difficult, don't give up, you can always vote for concmap_r or something a little more friendly.
feckin-mad generally does more escape/adventure type maps but may also have the sort of thing you're looking for: 37.122.208.248:27017
Thats a lot for some maps which are made out of ~2 poligons and 2x2 textres
-A dark w_medkit model
-Different metallic surface footstep sounds. pl_grate1.wav etc in \tfc\sound\player\
- Exit Steam, rename or move Half-Life folder to a safe place.
- Start Steam, verify files for Half-Life and TFC. Since the Half-Life folder is missing, all default files will be downloaded.
- Extract the TFC Maps Archive to somewhere else.
- Copy all default / official files from Half-Life\valve to the extracted map archive, overwriting the custom files.
- Copy all default / official files from Half-Life\tfc to the extracted map archive, overwriting the custom files.
- Install a file browser like "Everything" (voidtools).
- Right click on the extracted map archive, choose "open with Everything".
- Add a column "creation date".
- Sort the files so that one half are default / official files, and the other half belong to the custom maps. The "creation date" column might work for this task, or try "modification date".
- Delete the official files.
- Add the remaining files to a new archive.
- Upload new archive.
Another way would be to create a script which compares two folders (including subfolders) and deletes common files (from one of the folders).
Also there are a lot of duplicate file finder apps. One of them might work for this task as well. https://www.google.com/search?q=duplicate+finder
