HL used .pak files back then. The menus also worked differently and used a video file overlay for the animation. Today I don't belive it supports animations.

For it to work in TFC today, It needs work in Photoshop--either upscaling in someway or recreating at a higher resolution. It will look stretched and crap otherwise.
I'll update you when I get around to doing that. It's not a convenient time for me right now unless someone else does it.
