How can I play with bots?

So my last time playing was me and an AFK teammate against three guys, so basically me fighting three at once in CTF and doing poorly. Is there any way to play against bots like in TF2?

There is no practice mode, however plenty of servers do make use of bots.

Once you followed all the steps in the video, just create a server and open up the console and type addbot.

Good Video, though that is foxbot 0.701. while it works perfectly fine on windows, linux clients have to get 0.791, which is equally as good (if not better) in my opinion.
